Influential names & powerful insight
Among the renowned speakers at the Community Day is Carsten Cramer, Director of Sales, Marketing and Business Development at Borussia Dortmund, one of Germany’s premier football leagues. In his lecture, “True love – The digital world of BVB”, Cramer speaks about his approach to brand marketing and merchandising. Also taking the stage is Felix Schmidt, the Director of Digital Marketing, CRM and eCommerce at L'Oréal. Following the theme “Development of a multi-brand shop infrastructure for luxury goods”, Schmidt provides an invaluable look into the strategic orientation of the world’s largest cosmetics company.
Furthermore, we are honored to announce that Dr. Kai Hudetz, Chief Executive at Cologne University’s Institute for Retail Research, joins to paint a critical portrait of the current situation in German eCommerce and changing customer behavior. To inspire deeper conversation regarding global commerce, Filippo Rizzante, CTO of global consulting firm Reply, shares his assessment of international approaches for the German market.
