Exciting news from the ERP front: it’s now possible to easily link your Shopware shop with the UK’s most popular accounting and ERP systems, including Sage 50, Sage 200 and Quickbooks Premier and Pro. Called Web DataLink, this connection was made possible by Shopware business partner Holbi Group Ltd, based out of Berkshire, UK.
How it works
The interface works in two ways: by automatically transferring information from your ERP system to Shopware, and by downloading information from Shopware and transferring it back to the ERP. Essentially, the new interface automates communication between Shopware and your ERP, allowing them both to transmit and receive information.
You no longer need to manually type in customer information or update stock; DataLink takes care that all relevant information from your ERP system is automatically transferred to Shopware, significantly improving the speed and accuracy of data management and business operations.
DataLink could save you hundreds of billable hours, improve the accuracy of your customer data and accounting information, and improve customer satisfaction, as stock levels and prices will always be up-to-date.
Holbi Group also offers extended support, upgrades and customisations for DataLink. For Shopware partners, a separate discount is available. In addition to Sage and Quickbooks, Holbi Group has a number of DataLink-based solutions for other accounting and ERP packages, including Mamut. A project was completed in 2016 for Dutch partner Sition, where Holbi's Web DataLink was connected to Mamut and Shopware to provide a turn-key solution to Segway in the Netherlands.
