Since founding the company when 16-years-old, Stefan has been responsible defining the strategic course of shopware AG. With a focus dedicated to technology, finance and controlling, Stefan spearheads the continuing development of the award-winning shopping cart system.
As co-founder and board member of shopware AG, Sebastian has gathered more than 15 years experience in the management and realization of eCommerce projects. Caring after integral design and marketing strategies, Sebastian develops new creative concepts with the same flexibility and persistence from which the company was founded.
Stefan Heyne is responsible for the strategic direction of shopware AG in the realm of corporate communication and marketing. Maintaining the perfect balance between external appearance and internal sales processes, Stefan is a full-blooded entrepreneur with 20 years experience in sales and diverse media-related spheres.
Director Research & Development
Sebastian oversees technical support for all customers and partners of shopware AG, a breadth of responsibility which includes quality assurance, technical documentation for all products of Shopware and bepado, as well as satisfying the individual programming enquiries required by highly complex projects.
Director Finance & Controlling
As financial expert at shopware AG, Ralf cares after all bookkeeping and processing matters as well as the analysis of all data relevant to accounting. Ralf's realm of responsibility also extends to personnel matters, including recruitment, contract management and human resources.
Tobias is responsible for the communication strategy of Shopware and the building and care of the brand. Since graduating in 1999 with a master’s in Event Planning and Business Administration, Tobias has amassed significant experience in marketing—his last position as Manager of Global Marketing at Chiemsee, the famous board-sports brand.
Director of Sales
As Director of Sales, Klaus pilots the development and implementation of both direct and indirect sales. With 20 years’ experience in sales and distribution—his last position as eCommerce Manager at Eurotops Versand GmbH—Klaus is responsible for creating effective strategies for both the German and international market.
